This course will provide you with the essential knowledge and techniques to successfully manage IT projects of any size and type.
This course is intended for:
- 2nd year engineering students (IMSI and RT specialty)

It is ideally suited to those who may be leading a project for the first time and who need to be immediately effective, or current project managers who are looking to maintain their skills and expertise. All project stages are covered, and a pragmatic, step-by-step approach is taken throughout the course in order that you can quickly understand and subsequently utilize core project management concepts.
