Preamble
Students in the first year of state engineer training in electrical engineering and those in the third year of state engineer training in materials engineering can use this document as course support. However, it is equally applicable to individuals in the first or second cycle of the LMD system.
The course adheres to the CANVAS structure, as presented in Appendix A, and consists of seven main chapters. While intended for students in the specified engineering disciplines, it is a foundational resource in signal theory and processing that is suitable for anyone in the first or second cycle of LMD.
The focus of this course lies in signal processing, a crucial discipline in today's context. Its aim is the development or interpretation of signals carrying information.
